Children are advised to avoid all dairy products (as this creates mucous and that weakens thebladder) thisincludes acidophilus, milk (raw) whey, goats milk, even 1 teaspoon.  Also avoid apples & apple juice (as apple contains malic acid which triggers the bladder to release urine)

Follow a balanced 80/20 diet (80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods) during treatment.
